Rescheduling/Refund Policy

Cancellation via Email: is not confirmed until there is a written reply via email. If no response by the next business day, call the office at 718-599-1079 #2.

Required Notice for Forfeiture Fees
Motorcycling 101:

• There is a $9 processing fee for all refunds in addition to any applicable Tuition Forfeiture fees below.
• If you are late for any reason (traffic, directions etc.), or you do not show up for your lesson, the tuition is forfeited.
• More than 10 days' notice before the start date: no fees apply
• If less than 10 days but more than 24 hours' notice before the start date the forfeit fee is: $20
• If less than 24 hours' notice before the start date is given: the entire tuition is forfeited
• If late for any reason: (traffic, directions, etc.), will not be able to participate in the course. MSS does not reschedule or refund due to lateness.

Private Lessons

• There is a $3 processing fee for all refunds in addition to any applicable Tuition Forfeiture fees below
• More than 72 hours' notice: no fees apply
• If less than 72 hours' notice before the start date is given: the entire tuition is forfeited.
• If late for any reason: (traffic, directions, etc.), only the remaining scheduled time can be utilized for the lesson. MSS does not reschedule or refund due to lateness.

MSF Basic RiderCourse

• There is a $25 processing fee for all refunds in addition to any applicable Tuition Forfeiture fees below
• More than 10 days' notice before the start date: no fees apply
• If less than 10 days but more than 5 days' notice before the start date, the forfeit fee is: $75
• If less than 5 days but more than 24 hours' notice before the start date, the forfeit fee is: $110
• If less than 24 hours' notice before the start date is given: the entire tuition is forfeited
• If late for any reason: (traffic, directions, etc.),will not be able to participate in the course. MSS does not reschedule or refund due to lateness.

MSF Basic RiderCourse 2- License Waiver

• There is a $25 processing fee for all refunds in addition to any applicable forfeiture fees below
• More than 10 days' notice before the start date: no fees apply
• If less than 10 days but more than 24 hours' notice before the start date is given, the forfeit fee is: $70
• If less than 24 hours' notice before the start date is given: the entire tuition is forfeited
• If late for any reason: (traffic, directions, etc.), will not be able to participate in the course. MSS does not reschedule or refund due to lateness.
