Rescheduling/Refund Policy

Cancellation: If more than 10 days prior to the course start date, log into MSS account, click the green “Cancel” button next to the applicable course. A cancellation email will be sent. If cancellation is less than 10 days, either email info@ridemss.com or call 718-599-1079 ext. 2. Cancellation is not in effect until the office confirms receipt.

Required Notice for Forfeiture Fees
Motorcycling 101:
  • More than 24 hour notice before the start date, the forfeit fee is: $11
  • If less than 24 hours' notice before the start date is given: the entire tuition is forfeited
  • If late for any reason: (traffic, directions, etc.), will not be able to participate in the course. MSS does not reschedule or refund due to lateness.

Private Lessons
  • More than 24 hour notice before the start date, the forfeit fee is: 50 Min PVT - $8, 110 Min PVT - $17
  • If less than 24 hours' notice before the start date is given: the entire tuition is forfeited
  • If late for any reason: (traffic, directions, etc.), only the remaining scheduled time can be utilized for the lesson. MSS does not reschedule or refund due to lateness.

MSF Basic RiderCourse
  • More than 10 days' notice before the start date: no fees apply
  • If less than 9 days but more than 4 days' notice before the start date, the forfeit fee is: NYC $68, Western NY/Hudson Valley $55
  • If less than 4 days but more than 24 hours' notice before the start date, the forfeit fee is: NYC $107, Western NY/Hudson Valley $87
  • If less than 24 hours' notice before the start date is given: the entire tuition is forfeited
  • If late for any reason: (traffic, directions, etc.),will not be able to participate in the course. MSS does not reschedule or refund due to lateness.

MSF Basic RiderCourse 2- License Waiver
  • More than 10 days' notice before the start date: no fees apply
  • If less than 9 days but more than 4 days' notice before the start date, the forfeit fee is: NYC $59, Western NY/Hudson Valley $46
  • If less than 4 days but more than 24 hours' notice before the start date, the forfeit fee is: NYC $93, Western NY/Hudson Valley $73
  • If less than 24 hours' notice before the start date is given: the entire tuition is forfeited

MSF Basic RiderCourse 2- Skills Practice
  • More than 10 days' notice before the start date: no fees apply
  • If less than 9 days but more than 4 days' notice before the start date, the forfeit fee is: $22
  • If less than 4 days but more than 24 hours' notice before the start date, the forfeit fee is: $35
  • If less than 24 hours' notice before the start date is given: the entire tuition is forfeited
