MSF Basic RiderCourse 2-Skills Practice

Refresh or fine-tune your motorcycle safety skills during this 5-hour course at the MSS location of your choice on either a motorcycle or scooter. This course is ideal for intermediate riders or MSF Basic RiderCourse graduates. Students practice low speed maneuvering while working on swerving, braking and cornering techniques. If you took the MSF Basic RiderCourse more than 3 years ago, most insurance companies will accept this course completion and offer insurance discounts.

Bring your own street-legal motorcycle or scooter or borrow one from us! If using your own motorcycle, you will be required to show proof of current registration, proof of current insurance, a current motorcycle inspection sticker must be affixed to the motorcycle and pass a pre-ride inspection.

Requirements:
  • MSF Basic RiderCourse graduate or intermediate experience
  • Must be able to Ride a Bicycle
  • Must wear Proper Riding Gear
  • You can use a MSS motorcycle/scooter (at no charge), or use your own.
    • Note: If using your own motorcycle/scooter, it must have a valid registration in your name, valid insurance, and a current Inspection sticker.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Schedule: This is a 5-hour course that consists of practical training and is available during two time slots: 7:30AM to 12:30PM or 1:30PM to 6:30PM.
